To the best of my knowledge, my tiny toot is healthy, does not have mites, fleas or any illnesses. If any mites, fleas or illness is discovered when my tiny toot is sent for boarding, I will pay for any costs for treatment and cleaning of boarding space. [Our boarding spaces are cleaned twice and sanitised with F10 after each boarding, and is free of fleas, mites and other contaminants] *

I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

Emergency Care
If there’s an emergency and I cannot be reached, I give The Tiny Toots permission to make decisions about my pet’s veterinary care or alternative boarding. I agree to cover any related costs unless the issue is caused by negligence or misconduct on The Tiny Toots’ part.

Liability & Indemnity
I understand that while my pet is under the care of The Tiny Toots, I remain responsible for any damage, illness, or injury caused by my pet. I will not hold The Tiny Toots liable for any incidents unless they result from their negligence or intentional harm.

Cancellations & Refunds
I agree to make full payment to confirm my pet’s reservation. If I cancel:
• 14 days or more before the start date – I get a 100% refund
• 10–13 days before – 50% refund
• 5–9 days before – 25% refund
• Within 3 days – no refund
All days are counted from 0000 hours (Singapore time) of the check-in date.

Unpredictable Behavior
I understand that animals can behave unpredictably. Even with all safety measures in place, The Tiny Toots cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from such unexpected behavior.

Aggressive Pets
I confirm that my pet does not have a history of aggression, or I have disclosed any past aggressive behavior to The Tiny Toots. I understand that The Tiny Toots may refuse or end a stay early if my pet poses a danger, with no refund provided. I will be responsible for any harm or damage caused.

Filtered Water: Only clean, filtered water provided—never tap.
Secure Environment: Fully meshed/grilled house ensuring utmost safety.

💼 Booking Details

Rate: $45/day for one cat
Surcharge: $5/day for June, December and 1 January
Additional Cats: $15 for the second cat, $12 for the third, and $10 for the fourth
Multiple Cats: For 5-8 cats, an additional room is required.
Peak Season Surcharge: Additional $5/day during June and December.

Adjustment Period: Cats may take 1-3 days to acclimate to the new environment.

💳 Cancellation Policy

Full Payment: Required upfront to secure your booking.
Refunds:
- 100% if cancelled 14 days prior
- 50% if cancelled 5-13 days prior
- 25% if cancelled 2-4 days prior
- No refund if cancelled 1 day prior
